Alphacool AlphaTube TPV 12.7/7.6
The Alphacool AlphaTube TPV hose is a soft tubing solution built for long-term stability rather than short-term aesthetics. Manufactured from TPV, an EPDM-based rubber commonly used in industrial fluid systems, it offers significantly higher resistance to heat, chemicals, and environmental stress than standard PVC tubing. In practical terms, this means consistent internal diameter, no softening under temperature, and no risk of warping that could restrict coolant flow.
Excellent Quality
Despite its increased material stability, the hose remains easy to work with. Flexibility is only marginally firmer than PVC, allowing for clean routing without fighting tight bends or kinks. The matte black, velvet-like surface avoids gloss and reflections, giving builds a restrained, professional appearance. Alphacool’s HF TPV fittings are specifically matched to this hose for maximum pull-out resistance, though standard compression fittings of the correct size are also compatible.
Features
• Soft TPV (EPDM-based) water-cooling hose for long-term thermal and chemical stability.
• 12.7 mm outer diameter and 7.6 mm inner diameter for standard 1/2" × 5/16" soft-tube setups.
• Rated for operating temperatures from -50 °C up to +155 °C without softening or deformation.
• Matte black, non-reflective finish with a subtle velvet surface texture.
• Supplied as a 3.3 m (330 cm / 10 ft) length in retail packaging.
• Compatible with Alphacool HF TPV fittings and standard compression fittings of matching size.
Please Note: Alphacool reccommend transparent water-cooling fluids. Pastel coolants contain particles and additives that can clog or permanently damage components such as radiators, pumps, coolers, and hoses. Use of such fluids may also void the manufacturer’s warranty.
