Rated 4 out of 5 by from A thing of beauty I probably need to get out more but these are very fine looking sticks of RAM. Only comment is to check that your system is running them at the correct speed (multiplier). My Asus 370Z motherboard stuck with the default multiplier meaning they were running at 2133Mhz. I didn't realise until I opened the Intel motherboard tuning utility - a quick trip the BIOS and a change - and then they were running at 2666MHz...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works well with a Ryzen 5 1500X Bought this to go with a Ryzen processor and it all worked well. I did have to change a couple of settings in the BIOS to get the RAM to run at 2666MHz but there were no problems. Up until that point it just ran at 2133MHz.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does the job nicely I brought these to go with my new Ryzen 1700 Build.. These are not Samsung Bdie chips but Hynix chips. They are paired with My Tomahawk B350 MOBO. Though not on the QVL of MSI for this board on Corsairs site they have been tested on the AM4 platform so QVL by Corsair. They do work on my MOBO at the stated speed though I have lowered the timings to 14-16-16-34 which work just fine . Latency on my system is 84ns I cant get them lower but it is more a case of how Ryzen infinity fabric works as to why the latency is such. I bench tested these using various bench testing software. apart from the relatively high latency for my setup (specific to Ryzen) the read write speeds are top notch. Very pleased with their performance. would recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for Skylake 2666 makes a noticeable difference on Skylake performance in games. But its diminishing returns after this step. Have a google about that. Aesthetically they look great. But I don't notice because my case has no window. Sad times. It's RAM. It's not gonna do much except work or not. 10/10, would have working RAM again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Tough call between 2x8Gb and 1x16Gb It was a tough call between 2x8Gb and 1x16Gb (with the option of upgrading to 32Gb later), but I went for this cheaper option. This went into a Z170 Mini-ITX motherboard along with a core-i7 CPU, and even on defaults the PC is very fast. I've not tried overclocking it yet - the computer is plenty fast enough already - but I think that if I did decide to overclock, this memory wouldn't be the weakest link in the chain. I've had a couple of BSODs since upgrading - say 3 or 4 in a month - but that's hard to pinpoint to any specific part. I may try dropping down to 8Gb and swapping modules to see if this resolves the issue, but it could be any of a lot of things and I'm not specifically thinking that this RAM is at fault, but it is a possibility. If I got the 1x16Gb module, I wouldn't have the option to try this, so I guess that's something. All in all, I'm happy with my new PC and hope it lasts a long time.
