Develop3D took at a look at our 3XS Ultimate 3D workstation.
Scan is renowned for its low cost, overclocked 3D CAD workstations. But this new machine from the Bolton-based manufacturer is a different beast altogether. The Scan 3XS Ultimate 3D is a dual Xeon graphics workstation for those who take their design visualisation or Virtual Reality (VR) very seriously. It is significantly less than what you'd pay for an equivalent machine from a Tier One manufacturer, such as Dell or HP.

NVIDIA Quadro M6000 24GB
NVIDIA has upgraded the Quadro M6000 high-end graphics card, doubling the on-board frame buffer from 12 to 24GB enabling you to create and render large, complex models and compute massive datasets.
NVIDIA Quadro M2000
Introducing the new Quadro M2000 graphics card. Aimed at high-end 2D and mid-range 3D applications the new M2000 card has 768 cores versus the 640 cores of the K2200. Both cards have 4GB of GDDR5, but the memory runs at a higher clock speed on the M2000, giving it 106GB/sec of bandwidth versus 80GB/sec for the K2200. Equipped with four DisplayPort outputs the M2000 can drive four 4K displays at once for maximum productivity.
