Computer parts test engineer

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and expanding company. We’re looking for an experienced, motivated and driven team player to work in the Scan testing and returns department.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • - Responsible for booking in returned item(s) for warranty service / support
  • - Test returned items against provided fault report to determine manufacture fault
  • - Provide face to face customer support for items returned to our SCAN store
  • - Provide a high level of customer service
  • - Liaising with internal departments to achieve customer satisfaction

Skills and Experience

  • - Excellent written/communication skills
  • - Customer service experience preferred but not essential
  • - Good knowledge of current hardware and software essential
  • - Highly motivated
  • - Ability to work well alone and as part of a team
  • - Good organisational skills

  • - Responsible for maintaining, strengthening and growing both current and new client relationships
  • - Manage a portfolio of diverse clients including pricing, stock availability and business optimization
  • - Develop client relationships over the phone and via email
  • - Conduct quarterly account reviews with all clients and execute on actions / opportunities
  • - Build proposals and quotes
