Scan Pro Video Project Manager

Scan Pro Video are looking for a Web Content Creator to join our growing team. Scan Computers is a leading provider of high-performance computer hardware, serving a diverse range of industries. We pride ourselves on delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients, and we're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic Pro Visual Business Unit.

As a Project Manager supporting the Pro Visual Business Unit, you will play a crucial role in managing projects within the Esports, Production/ Virtual Production, and AV sectors. You will be responsible for overseeing projects from post sales to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 with 1 hour for lunch

Location

Remote but flexible to come to office when needed - Scan Computers International Ltd, Enterprise Park, Middlebrook, Horwich, Bolton, BL6 6PE

The Role

In this role you will:

• Plan, execute, and close projects within the Esports, Production/ Virtual Production, and AV spaces, adhering to established project management methodologies and best practices.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-project activities and ensure all project teams are aligned with project goals.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and report on project status to stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations relevant to the AV/Media sector.
• Conduct post-project evaluation and create comprehensive project reports for internal and external use.

The Candidate

For this role. you would ideally have the following skills:

• Recognised certifications withing Project Management or 4+ years’ experience withing a PM role
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion
• Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of industry-specific standards and practices within the AV/Media sector is a plus
• Proactive, energetic and solution focused
• Works well with in a team and brings active contributions and ideas
