Scan Computers, a multi-award-winning family owned business, have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service advisor. We are looking for an experienced, motivated and driven team player to work in our Customer Service team, dealing with a range of customer interactions.
As a Customer Service advisor at SCAN, you will be responsible for promptly and professionally handling a variety of incoming customer queries via call, live chat and email.
The Candidate
For this role, you will ideally have the following skills:
- High quality and professional communication skills
- A confident phone manner
- Previous Customer Service / Call Centre experience preferred but not essential
- IT knowledge preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise in a sometimes fast-paced environment
- High levels of effort, commitment and drive
- Ability to work well as part of a team
The Package
As the successful Customer Service advisor, you will receive an attractive package that will consist of:
