EVENT UPDATE
IMPORTANT UPDATE for all those attending the Scan Summer BBQ: Please note that registration has now closed. We currently have over 2000 people registered and 779 graphics cards available to buy, as such graphics cards will be sold on a strict first come first served basis for all attendees who have registered in advance.
Please be aware that queuing will be outdoors and you should come prepared with an umbrella in case we experience wet weather. There will be food and drink available throughout the day but please come prepared with your own refreshments.

Join Scan & NVIDIA for our gaming celebration
Gamers rejoice! On 11th September we are back, holding our traditional Summer BBQ alongside an NVIDIA special event. For the first time since the launch of GeForce RTX 30 series we will be selling graphics cards in store starting at MSRP! Stock will be limited so please register your interest for either the event, or the Event PLUS your chosen GPU now to avoid disappointment.
What’s going on?
Due to Covid 19 we feel it is extremely important to hold a safe event. To allow this we will not be holding our usual tournaments and hands on product demonstrations. Instead we will have an open marquee stage with hosts and streamers that will provide all the fun as well as great prizes to be won on the day. Our Scan store will remain open during the event with a queue system to restrict numbers inside, with a separate queue for qualifying GPU purchases.
GPUs for gamers
For the first time we will be offering customers the opportunity to buy and take away a new RTX 30 series GPU from EVGA, ASUS, MSI, Palit and Gigabyte with prices starting from MSRP! Pre-registration is now open so that we can gauge numbers attending and wishing to buy a GPU. Simply fill in the details on our form and we will be in touch to let you know if you have been chosen to be able to purchase on the day.
On stage antics with awesome prizes
Visit the marquee stage throughout the day for gaming tournaments, demos and giveaways along with a live DJ set from DJ Rasp.
