07/04/2021 - Stock of all RX 6000 series graphics cards will be released for sale on the website in batches when available. Due to uncertain supply we will not be taking pre-orders on these models. This will be the last update on this page before we close this FAQ. For the latest information please see the individual model product pages.

06/04/2021 - RX 6700 XT products went live for sale at 1pm today. We will not be offering the ability to pre-order and AMD Radeon models at this time due to uncertain supply in the coming weeks. As stock arrives, it will be listed on the website for sale.

17/03/2021 - RX 6000 series graphics cards, including any upcoming models, will be made available on the website when in stock only. We will not be offering the ability to pre-order due to uncertain supply in the coming weeks.

12/03/2021 - Currently supply is still extremely tight on all of the RX 6000 series GPU's. As shipments arrive we will list available stock for sale on the website. At this time we will not be taking pre-orders for cards as we are still unable to give any estimates on wait times.

02/12/20 - As yet we still have no information on shipments arriving of the 6000 series GPUs. As soon as we have information we will share a table on this page.

25/11/20 - So far we have no new information on shipments arriving for the 6800 or 6800XT models. For the custom cooler cards launching at 2pm we have received no stock so we will not be offering any of these for sale or pre-order today. For now we have removed them from the website until we have more information. We are sorry for the inconvenience to those who would like to pre-order. As soon as we get confirmed shipping and stock on shelf information we will share it on this page and list the available models on the website.

20/11/20 - As yet we have no further update on stock arriving for the Radeon 6000 series cards. We will provide another update on Monday although it could be mid-week before we know more information.

18/11/20 - Welcome to our FAQ page for AMD Radeon 6000 Series GPU. RX 6800 and RX 6800 XT launched at 2pm on 18th November 2020. We have put this page together to help answer the most frequently asked questions that we have had from customers about the launch. For this launch we have decided to only sell the products that we have in stock and will not be offering the opportunity to pre-order. As new stock arrives we will list that for sale until it sells through. Please see the FAQ questions below for more info. When was stock of the RX 6000 series GPUs available to buy?

The Radeon RX 6800 and 6800 were available to buy on 18th November from 2pm onwards. Radeon RX 6900 XT launched at 2pm on 8th December

I didn’t manage to buy a GPU at the launch. When will you get more?

Regular shipments will be arriving from the brands over the coming weeks however it is likely that larger quantities wont arrive until January 2021 . As we don’t have clear shipment schedules we are not allowing pre-orders on these models. When stock arrives, it will go up for sale as normal on the website.

How many can I buy?

We have set a limit of 1 product per customer for this launch and have a new system in place to stop people buying a second GPU.

Why aren’t you allowing pre orders for this launch?

Due to challenges we have faced in recent launches along with unclear shipment schedules we have taken the decision not to take pre orders for this launch. We will only be selling the products that we have in stock. Then, as stock arrives, we will list it on the website until it has sold out.

How do I know that I was successful with my purchase of an RX 6000 series GPU?

If you have an order number sent via email then you were successful with you purchase.

I tried to buy while the GPU was in stock but during the basket stage the item was removed.

Unfortunately, this means that while you were going through the checkout process the stock available sold out.

I tried to buy while the GPU was in stock but I’ve been informed it oversold and became a pre order.

It is possible that this could happen on a product that is in extremely high demand with lots of people in the basket at the same time. Our system is set to cut off sales once stock runs out. We can only apologise if this does occur in some rare circumstances and will be able to offer these customers to either wait for the next batch to come in or to get a refund
