Dobot CR Series Robotic Arms

The Dobot CR 30H is a heavy-payload collaborative robot (cobot): a 6-axis arm that lifts 30 kg across an 1,800 mm reach with ±0.05 mm repeatability. Dobot launched it in June 2025 as the industry's fastest 30 kg cobot, with wrist joints that turn at 300°/s and a maximum tool speed of 6 m/s.

That combination suits palletising, heavy machine tending, automotive part handling and moving heavy workpieces, where a smaller cobot would run out of payload or reach. A 96 V servo drive, Dobot's HyperMove motion control and a 1 kHz control loop keep heavy moves smooth and accurate.

The CR 30H runs from the CC365 control cabinet, which has 24 digital inputs, 24 digital outputs and 10 dedicated safety inputs and outputs. It can be mounted at any angle, and fail-safe brakes limit any drop to less than 1 mm if power is lost. Program it from the teach pendant, a PC or the Android app, with Blockly graphical programming.
