Cloud Gateway Industrial

The Ubiquiti Cloud Gateway Industrial is a rugged, fanless 10 GbE UniFi Cloud Gateway delivering 350W of total system power for high-density PoE deployments, with advanced routing capabilities and microSD storage for full UniFi application support. It combines UniFi Network, Protect, Access, Talk, and Connect in a single gateway, with support for 50+ managed UniFi devices, 50 access hubs, up to 15 HD, 8 2K, or 5 4K cameras, and 500+ simultaneous users.

Connectivity and PoE

The gateway provides five WAN ports, with default WAN connectivity through one 10G SFP+, one 10 GbE RJ45, and one 2.5 GbE RJ45. Its port layout includes four 2.5 GbE RJ45 ports, comprising two PoE+++ and two PoE+ ports, plus one 10 GbE RJ45 PoE+++ port and one 10G SFP+ port. The 350W power supply supports a 270W DC-input PoE budget or 75W ATX power budget, with up to 30W per PoE+ port and 90W per PoE+++ port.

Routing and Security

Advanced networking features include multi-WAN load balancing, OSPF dynamic routing, advanced QoS, multicast DNS, advanced NAT, Virtual Network Override, an integrated RADIUS server, RADIUS over TLS (RadSec), and Internet Quality and Outage Reporting. Security features include a stateful firewall, application-aware Layer 7 firewall, DPI and traffic identification, zone-based filtering for regions, domains and apps, content filtering, ad blocking, intrusion prevention, and 55,000+ IDS/IPS signatures with CyberSecure.

VPN and SD-WAN

License-free SD-WAN supports Site Magic and site-to-site VPN through IPsec and OpenVPN, while VPN server functionality includes Identity Endpoint One-Click VPN, Teleport Zero-Configuration VPN, WireGuard, OpenVPN, and L2TP. VPN client support is provided for OpenVPN and WireGuard, with additional internet failover available through UniFi LTE Backup.

Integrated WiFi

Integrated WiFi supports 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be, including WiFi 6 and WiFi 7, with throughput of up to 4.3 Gbps on 5 GHz and 688 Mbps on 2.4 GHz. Both bands use 2 x 2 DL/UL MU-MIMO, with maximum TX power of 26 dBm on 5 GHz and 23 dBm on 2.4 GHz, while coverage extends to 115 m² (1,250 ft²).

UniFi Storage and Hardware

A pre-installed 128 GB microSD card provides NVR storage, with a MicroSD expansion slot for additional capacity. Processing is handled by a quad-core ARM Cortex-A73 processor running at 2.2 GHz with 3 GB system memory, while maximum power consumption is 28W excluding PoE output.

Installation and Environmental Conditions

The gateway measures 307.9 x 203.5 x 43.7 mm (12.1 x 8 x 1.7") and weighs 2.4 kg (5.3 lb), with wall-mounted, compact desktop, and rack-mount installation supported; the included table stand measures 203.5 x 100.2 x 21.9 mm and weighs 321 g. It operates from -30 to 50°C (-22 to 122°F) at 5–95% noncondensing humidity and provides ESD/EMP protection of ±8 kV air and ±4 kV contact.

Management and Compliance

Management is available through Ethernet and Bluetooth, with Ethernet, SFP+, system, MicroSD, and SIM LEDs plus factory reset and handle release buttons. The gateway supports a 100–240V AC input range with a 54V DC, 350W included power supply, is NDAA compliant, and carries CE, FCC, and IC certifications. UniFi iOS version 10.32.0 or later and UniFi Android version 10.35.0 or later are required.:::
