Rated 5 out of 5 by from Significant improvement in home coverage Purchased with intent to switch Virgin broadband hardware into modem mode - went to plan, very easy to set up, 2.4Ghz band now reaches all corners of house and devices seem very quick to snap onto 5Ghz band when in range. The Amplify router is (in my opinion) a significant step up from the hardware and brains in the ISPs hardware, the app offers some useful insight but have so far pretty much set and forgotten its there. Yes, the hardware is less of an eyesore but the functionality of it is great. ISP hardware needed a power cycle almost every other day, not had to touch the Amplify box since first plugging in. would highly recommend for anyone who is looking for something thats easy, capable and hassle free.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent WiFi coverage of my home I was using a BT Hub and due to the construction materials in my house, it would really struggle to deliver reliable WiFi signal round our modestly sized 5 bed house, this included tot he NEST cam on the outside of the house. I had struggled to find a solution from other vendors such as TP-Link and Linksys. But the Amplifi solved them all. I have the Main router downstairs by my incoming fibre connection and a mesh point on the landing upstairs. I know get full speed 200 Mbps Internet throughout the entire house. The `nest cam has not had connection issues once since the Amplifi was installed and I no longer have to worry about random home-hub updates breaking my router. All round an excellent bit of kit.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent product - good support for future updates An excellent wifi router, which is incredibly easy to set up, either in bridge mode or in conjunction with a modem. The app is easy to use for set up. The down side is setting up on a laptop/desktop doesn't have the full suite of options as the app, so a mobile is essentially needed. The router itself is lovely to look at, and the lcd screen providing stats is a nice touch. The online support from Ubiquiti is also really good (a quick google shows this). Overall I'd definitely recommend this as a replacement router for you home, coupled with the mesh access points it works really well to cover your home.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hands down the best Consumer router out there This has been a fantastic experience for me, I have two of these in my thick-walled large house, the coverage from even one of these compared to my standard router (Virgin media super hub 3) is crazy, speed has tripled on top of that! We have the second one using an eithernet backbone rather than wirelessly meshed and our devices automatically switch between them seamlessly, I recommend going for the bundle with the two mesh points, this is honestly unbeatable for the price DON'T PAY FOR HIGH SPEED BROADBAND WITHOUT SOMETHING LIKE THIS!!

Ubiquiti AFI-HD AmpliFi Home Wi-Fi System AFI-HD - is it definitely with UK power plugs fitted?

Many sellers offer this cheaper but the units (all three units) have EU power plugs. If I buy just the basic single item Ubiquiti Amplifi HD router OR the complete Ubiquiti AFI-HD AmpliFi Home Wi-Fi System AFI-HD, do they ship with UK power plugs fitted?

No knowledge of other sellers but the stand alone Amplify Router i purchased arrived with the USB-C Charge cable with UK 3 PIN plug. This was one the the primary reasons i purchased from Scan instead of an auction or market place site
