huge drums sounds in your mixesAvailable as a digital download, Steven Slate’s ‘Digital Trigger 2 Platinum’ plugin hands you the ability to augment or completely replace any drum sound including kicks, snares, or toms in your mix, freeing you up from the trouble of converting audio signals to MIDI and saves you endlessly searching through your UI looking for your own sampling in your DAW of choice.

Using ‘Trigger 2 Platinum’, all you have to do is load the plug-in on your drum track, and make use of the phase-accurate, multi-layered engine to trigger your drum sounds. Maybe the kick drum you received from your engineer sounds a little different to the one you’d prefer? If so, now all you have to do is add one of the 33 kicks provided in this software! The same is applicable to your snare too, just choose from one of the 46 snares samples!

Trigger 2 Platinum enables you to layer up to eight multi-velocity samples in the mixer for your drums. This means can have close mics, overhead layers, room mic layers, all in the same instance of the plug-in. Make fine tweaks to the triggering with Sensitivity, Detail, and Retrigger controls, so that you never misfire a sample. You can pan each sample, detune it, flip the phase, and balance the levels!

Furthermore, Trigger 2 Platinum offers a transient-driven gate. Use this to isolate the sound you wish to replace before sampling, or on its own as a powerful tool for gating drums. Trigger 2 Platinum is compatible with Mac and Windows platforms, and operates in VST, AU, and AAX plug-in formats.
