Ultra-High PerformanceThe A50S from Topping is an ultra-high-performance desktop headphone amplifier which utilises the very same NFCA module from Toppings flagship A90. The voltage current hybrid feedback architecture along with UHGF (Ultra High Gain Feedback) technology serves up excellent DC and AC performance.
The A50S high output current drive capability enables the amp to drive low impedance headphones with the upmost of ease. The ultra-low noise of 0.3uV is miles ahead of the competition, delivering ridiculously high dynamic performance of 141dB, with no audible floor noise with even the most sensitive of IEMs.
Topping’s A50S also boasts an ultra-wide frequency response which exceeds the CD and Hi-Res Audio standard, this can be sent to the 3 outputs, 6.35mm, 4.4mm balanced headphone outputs and RCA outs.

6.35mm SE & 4.4mm Balanced Output
UpstreamAlthough there is only a single-ended input, A50s has a built-in balanced amp circuit. Therefore, it can drive single-ended headphones by 6.35mm output, and drive balanced headphones by 4.4mm balanced output.
An excellent preampThe NFCA modules of A50s are not only able to drive the headphones but also apply to be a preamplifier with the same ultra-high performance. When it is in preamp mode, output impedance is as low as 20ohm, which is widely suitable for various devices.
