Room Correction, Done In Hardware.Most room correction boxes force an extra AD/DA step. NEXUS has USB audio and S/PDIF, so your chain stays digital. Plus the analog inputs take +20dBu before they flinch, and there's a stereo aux for whatever else turns up. Mixes that translate, on speakers you already own. It matches your speakers perfectly, making the best of the space you already have, which is why it doesn't sound like room correction, just good sound engineering.
Your speakers don't all arrive together, and where they overlap, late sound cancels. That's the kick that never lands, and the bass that sounds right in the studio and falls apart in the car. NEXUS targets phase slope alignment, not just impulse. Once everything is in time, things make a lot more sense. Switch between your mains and your reference speaker. Mute the sub. Control the volume. Recall a preset. Bypass the correction. Customise control from any OSC or MIDI device.
