With dual external 5.25" bays, you’re free to deploy hot-swap cages, optical drives or front-access modules. Internally, it handles up to 5 x 3.5" HDDs and 1 x 2.5" SSD, delivering serious storage density for backup servers, NAS, or virtualisation nodes. No wasted space—just practical, flexible drive support.
Smart Cooling Layout for Server-Grade Airflow
A built-in fan bracket supports three 80mm x 38mm front fans, backed by an extra 60mm rear mount to maintain positive airflow. The 65mm CPU cooler height limit fits top-down coolers commonly used in 2U environments, keeping thermals under control even under sustained load.
Rack-Ready Convenience
The auto-lock front handle makes installation into a cabinet quick and secure. Sliding rail support is pre-drilled—just add the SilverStone RMS03-26 rail kit (sold separately) and you’re fully serviceable from the front. It’s built for real-world data centre workflows, not just spec sheets.
Connectivity and Control Up Front
Two USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A ports deliver 5Gbps performance (backwards compatible with USB 2.0/1.1) for rapid data access or configuration tools. Front panel buttons keep power and reset within easy reach, while dedicated LED indicators show system power, HDD activity and dual LAN status at a glance.
