A Truly Dynamic Microphone

dual tone controlsInvestment in a microphone can be a daunting experience for many, because you never quite know if it’s going to perform as you wish it to. Thanks to its dual tone controls, the SM7B is a versatile too. The aforementioned dual-band switchable passive EQ offers low cut and presence boost controls.
Whether flat or low cut, the SM7B is a superb choice for male dialogue and vocal tasks, but a switch of the presence boosts makes it the perfect choice for harsh source and brittle female vocals. It’s also capable of taking up to 180dB which makes the SM7B an obvious choice for thumping bass drums and raging guitar cabinets.
Superior Design for Superior Results

accessories includedThe SM7B has been around for decades, now right? So surely, its components are simple and basic? Nope! The SM7B’s design has truly stood the test of time. To begin with, there’s an internal suspension and shockmounting system to eliminate light vibration. Complex and advanced electromagnetic shielding ensures your signal remains free from hum too.
To round off this excellent package, Shure included an integrated swivel mount, a chunky windscreen and a handy carry pouch!

Which Mics Benefit The Most?

Please note: Mic for image purposes only.
get the most out of every microphone!Throughout a rigorous testing process from Triton Audio’s engineers, an improvement was noticed across all tested microphones. For example, an SM57 would sound more responsive over a broader frequency range with the aid of FetHead. When paired with high-end dynamic mic such as an MD441 or SM57, FetHead really does add that extra something!
Ribbon mics also benefit greatly too due to a greater impedance match, which lightens the load on the mic, serving up more preferable transient response characteristics. The FetHeads high quality, low noise signal amplification also noticeably extends the usable range of a ribbon microphone too, making it an ideal candidate for tracking softer passages.
full protection! Most ribbon mics don’t tolerate phantom power. FetHead uses 48v phantom power, but actively shields it from the microphone, offering full protection.
