The MOTIV MVi has a host of versatile connection options, and supports full connectivity to any PC, Mac or iOS device with ‘Lightning Connector’, alongside the majority of Android devices, to ensure you are always able to record your ideas whenever your creative juices are flowing.
Housed in a tough all-metal chassis, the MOTIV MVi packs a combined XLR and 6.3mm input to allow for use with both microphones and instruments. Once connected to a laptop/PC, it’s also able to provide phantom power as per your requirements.
The compact, sleek MOTIV MVi features 5 preset DSP modes (speech, singing, flat, acoustic instrument and loud) which adjust audio settings automatically to allow you to record straight away with minimum fuss. The integrated touch panel also has responsive controls for gain, mute and headphone volume. If however, you require some additional fine tunings for a certain purpose, you’re able to tweak limiters, compressors and the 5-band EQ manually to find your own sound.

The ShurePlus MOTIV iOS app enables you to have full access to the entire MOTIV DSP engine. Within the app, you’re able to tweak the gain structure, add compression and limiting and gives you unhindered access to the frequency response via the graphic EQ.
The user interface has been designed to be user friendly, whilst handing great control to the user. Editing is easy and fast, and you’re given the full 24-bit/48kHz digital resolution, and full support for Dropbox and other exporting apps further the MOTIV’s streamlined creative process.
'MOTIV Video' for iOS Devices
supports upto 4kFreely available to MOTIV users on iOS, the extremely cool ‘MOTIV Video’ app is the definitive choice for capturing audio and video. With all the functionalities of the MOTIV audio app, such as EQ, compression etc, but tailored for video and visual use. On screen indicators such as audio levels help you keep everything in check, and it’s also possible to choose from WAV, AAC or ALAC audio formats as per your requirements.
Furthermore, choose from 720p, 1080p and all the way upto 4k resolution, dependent on your choice of device.
