Incredible Transient ResponseThe Shure KSM137 is a cardioid instrument microphone that provides excellent sound isolation with incredible transient response. Featuring a gold-layered Mylar diaphragm, preamplifier for transparency with a subsonic filter to reduce low frequency rumble, along with a pad so it capable of withstanding higher sound pressure levels (SPL). It comes with a high output level, low self noise and is capable of reproducing low frequency sounds incredibly well.
