Focused Vocal Performance, Built for the StageThe sE Electronics V8 is a purpose-built dynamic vocal microphone for live performance, combining a newly developed DMCV8 capsule with a tightly focused supercardioid pickup pattern. It delivers an open, detailed vocal response with a balanced midrange, clear high frequencies and extended low-end response, giving vocals plenty of presence without relying on heavy EQ.

Its supercardioid pattern provides strong off-axis rejection, helping keep stage spill under control and making it easier to maintain a clean vocal channel in louder live setups. The custom capsule suspension also helps minimise handling noise, while the all-metal construction is built to withstand the realities of regular gigging and touring. The V8 features a neodymium magnet and aluminium voice coil, with a 25Hz–21kHz frequency range, 300-ohm impedance and a standard 3-pin XLR connection. Finished in matte black, it comes supplied with a mic clip, thread adapter, internal windscreen and soft case.
