ScreenBeam 1100 Plus wirelessly connects users to displays and room peripherals for flexible collaboration between in-room and remote meeting participants. The 1100 Plus connects the room camera, microphone and soundbar to the meeting host device providing the capabilities of expensive traditional room systems without the additional hardware or restrictions. Content on the room display can be easily shared to remote participants so everyone can be fully engaged. Meeting hosts can instantly launch a UC meeting using the web conferencing service of their choice. Using their personal device to drive the meeting eliminates contact with all room dongles, cables or tablets for a safe experience. Alternatively, ScreenBeam 1100 Plus can easily connect into a traditional UC room system or the room display in a non-UC room to add wireless display functionality.

When only wireless presentation is required, ScreenBeam provides app-free agnostic support for Windows, Apple and Chromebook devices. Users simply tap once to wirelessly present and markup content on in-room displays from their own device. It’s easy to connect both employees and guests with three separate network interfaces that keep guests off the company network. Administrators can breathe easy with three levels of security covering every point of the connection and included ScreenBeam CMS Enterprise multi-user, role-based monitoring and management solution.

Single Device for Both Wired and Wireless Connections

Combines wireless display and HDMI® switching in a single device. The new HDMI Input eliminates the need for an HDMI switch so rooms are fully functional for wired and wireless connections.

MultiBeam and Multi-Network Support

ScreenBeam MultiBeam is a free feature with the ScreenBeam 1100 Plus Receiver that enables content mirroring (video or wireless presentation) across wired, wireless or a combination of both networks, at up to 4k30p resolution. For your wireless display solution, ScreenBeam can also connect to both internal and external networks simultaneously, without compromising the security of your internal network.

Reduce Complexity and Costs

Three separate network interfaces supporting both internal and external networks in a single device. Presenter and guest connect using Miracast, local Wi-Fi mode or network providing more flexibility for different network policies and deployment needs.

Three Levels of Security

Connection level security support for most enterprise network certificate-based security requirements. Session level security with AES128 encryption to ensure that content is not compromised. Plus, customisable PIN pairing options providing IT/AV departments control over the user connection models so only authorized users are able to connect to the receiver.

Remove Latency with Ghost Inking

Wirelessly markup content on the room display using Microsoft Windows Ink native in all Microsoft Office 365 apps – then store and share with everyone in the room instantly. Plus, Ghost Inking™ technology removes any wireless inking latency for a more intuitive and natural pen-to-paper experience.

No Apps, Dongles or Cables

Support for native wireless display protocols means users can wirelessly present from any device without having to install and maintain an application, or use a dongle or cable.

Multi-View and Quick Switch Mode

Up to four presenters in-room can share content simultaneously during a meeting making it easier for real-time editing of materials. Presenters do not need to disconnect to allow the next presenter to assume control eliminating time-wasting delays and keeping meetings on track.

Digital Signage for Employee and Guest Communications

Idle displays in conference and other meeting rooms can be employed to transmit employee and guest communications with integrated HTML-based digital signage capability.
