Product Overview Portable & Sturdy. This is a Scan bundle of collapsible stands and adapters that allow you to mount the Vive Base Stations as per the recommended guidelines of being over 2m high and at a 30-45degree angle, without having to fix the sensors to your walls.

All you need to do is screw the brass adapter to the end of the boom arm, attach the base station to the adapter, connect the power cable to the Base Station and then extend the boom arm fully and lock in place.
You can now set the 30 degree angle of the boom arm and raise the middle section of the stand up, which is locked in place by turning the central stand grip.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to set up, kinda easy to adjust Build quality is reasonable a stand. Used those for both microphone stand and vive sensor stand. They might be tricky to set uj in a corner of the room due to legs and handle that sticks out. But those work well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really useful. I don't really know what I would have done if I had had to use the wall mounts provided with the vive, they are extremely limited in their use and adjustment. Really helpful for Scan to provide a product with an adapter that you can use to hold up the sensors, and just move them about at will (and re-run the setup after) to get the best placement. Very reasonably priced too.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Saves drilling into your walls Perfect for setting up your VR game area. I'm six foot 7 and these stands allow you to set up a game area way above my head. Perfect if you don't want to drill the brackets into a permanent position in your walls. I guess for the price the quality is right but I wouldn't have minded spending more if there was a more sturdy product available that did the same job. Once set up it doesn't really matter that they are a little wobbly. One of my stands, stands at a different angle to the other one, but weird but doesn't effect what they do for the VR game area. Definite must have for the HTC vive, hopefully one day with a wireless headset add on

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Robust Got these for the htc vive.. And they are sturdy and well made .. Just what you need if yoi do not want to screw the brackets for the sensors to the wall... I have a gaming laptop so these are useful to me as i can use my vive anywhere now! Well worth the money..

How do the Vive sensors attach to the microphone stands? There does not seem to be the correct brackets / fittings.

SCAN sent the adaptors with the stand, they are so easy to fit, and it folds away with ease, definitely reccomend

Are these stands compatib;e with the Oculus Rift Sensors?

Have full room setup for Rift (4x Sensors) Hoping to raise the height but can't find brackets anywhere outside of US (and they don't ship to UK)
