Suitable For Qudelix 5kThis adapter cable has been commissioned by Scan Pro Audio to adapt amplifiers and dac/amp combinations with balanced 2.5mm outputs, such as the one found on the Qudelix 5K to a 4.4mm female socket, for use with 4.4mm balanced headphone cables.
Using headphones with a balanced cable on the Qudelix doubles the output power from 2V on the 3.5mm output to 4V RMS on the 2.5mm out , enabling many over ear headphones to be used with the device with good volume and headroom.
