Perfect replacement for Babyface breakoutA little shorter than original cable that came with Babyface but for my purpose this is actually much better. Excellent quality. Decent price. And quick delivery from Scan. Highly recommended.

Good quality productThis is an optional extra for the RME HSDP AIO. You need it if you want to use balanced analog signals to and from the sound card. It won't make any difference to the digital or midi inputs and outputs. First one supplied was faulty but replaced very quickly by Scan. Locking connector to the sound card is good as is the strain relief on the cable.

RME Quality. This breakout cable is well made. As expected with RME, Neutrik connectors are used. Comes with a pair of inputs and outputs on XLR's, a lockable headphone socket on 1/4 inch jack and MIDI in and out on standard DIN sockets. Each of the cables are labelled for easy identification.
The only negative point for me is that the breakout cable is too short. When it's installed behind the PC the sockets aren't easy to reach. If you are not going to be unplugging regularly then this won't be an issue. Having said that you don't always use headphones so plugging and unplugging those will be a pain. The solution to that is to buy a headphone extension cable which is what I did.
