Sharkoon V1000 RGB Black Chassis
The V1000 is back, and it shows up in the new RGB-lit guise: In the V1000 RGB, two 120-millimeter RGB LED fans are pre-installed behind the mesh front and one on the back. The integrated power supply tunnel on the bottom makes cables disappear and ensures a tidy interior. Inside the Micro-ATX case there is space for particularly large components such as a graphics card with a length of up to 400mm.
Optimal Fan Solutions
Three 120mm RGB LED fans are already installed in the front and back of the V1000 RGB, while space is available on the top for up to three 120-millimeter fans or two 140mm fans. The components are well protected by removable dust filters on the upper, front and bottom and the housing remains clean.
The Little All-Rounder
The V1000 RGB has something for everyone. The glass side panel offers a successful presentation of illuminated components in particular. It is suitable for both office and gaming or can be used as a compact multimedia station. For RGB fans, however, it is also provided: the housing can be illuminated in a wide variety of colours by means of an RGB control integrated on the motherboard with a pin assignment of 5V-D-G or 5V-D-coded-G.
Diverse Possibilities for Drives
In the front of the V1000 RGB there is a removable 5.25-inch drive mount. The enclosed 5.25-inch front panel with 3.5-inch opening can also be used to install an external 3.5-inch drive. The hard drive cage can accommodate two 3.5-inch or two 2.5-inch hard drives. Two additional 2.5-inch hard drives can be placed behind the motherboard tray.
Plenty of Space for Large Components
But not only numerous drives find enough space in the V1000 RGB. Although the housing is very compact, for example, a radiator can be installed in the front, or graphics cards with a maximum length of 400mm. A CPU cooler with a maximum height of approx. 158mm also finds space in this micro-ATX housing.
Order Must Be
The tunnel on the bottom of the housing of the V1000 RGB allows the discrete installation of a power supply including wiring. Power supplies with a maximum length of up to 240mm can be conveniently accommodated next to the hard disk cage installed there, which can be flexibly moved by practical long holes. Numerous cable passages inside the housing ensure that the remaining wiring can also disappear cleanly behind the motherboard trail.
