Fantastic Quality Chair and Customer Service.
The chair is faultless for the price paid, its very comfortable and easily set up. i preordered this and it was back dated a while due to covid but the customer service at scan is absolutely incredible quick and prompt responses and to the point and always kept me up to date about when the product was going to be shipped etc. Didn't mislead me for a second. when the chair was dispatched it was here in Ireland within a day,In perfect order. by far the best website I've used to buy components and chairs and I've no doubt ill be back again as the chair is incredible value for what i paid and is extremely comfortable and hassle free to set up. Couldn't recommend this product or company enough.

After a few months of using it the main gripes with this chair would be:
1. The Base, I'm quite skinny and even so, the base is still tight around the thighs and im not that tall either so maybe this chair would be better off for kids.
2. Probably the biggest problem with these 'gaming' chairs is the lack of perforation or mesh, although they're made of faux leather/pleather whatever it maybe, there is no breathing room on the base or backrest, so even in a cooler weathered country like the UK it can get very sweaty and uncomfortable. This is the first time ive had an issue like this, after going through several chairs trying to find better ones each time. Encountered this problem even on cooler days where the temperatures we're around 15c.
3. Armrests are very mediocre, I ended up taking them off.
In terms of posture and lumbar support I think it does a good job, the backrest cushion is comfortable, as is the headrest cushion.
The backrest can be adjusted to lean back quite a lot, its not the smoothest but gets the job done.
Other than these main problems, it comes at a decent price for the overpriced 'gaming' chair market and offers a cheaper alternative, with some sacrifices. It has good quality cushions so it isnt all too bad, but could definitely be improved.

Theres some small bit that doesn't hit the 5 star quality but it's one of the best chairs I have sat on
