Serious six-string firepower.Legator's Ghost G6FSS is a modern headless six-string built around a comfortable, lightweight body, a multiscale neck and dual active AfterShock humbuckers. Finished in Dark Sapphire with a figured buckeye burl top, it has the sharp, contemporary look you’d expect from Legator, but the design is primarily about keeping the guitar comfortable, stable and practical for extended-range and high-gain playing. The 38mm-thick mahogany body keeps the overall weight down without making the guitar feel insubstantial, while the headless construction gives the G6FSS a compact balance both on the strap and across the lap. The satin Dark Sapphire finish and buckeye burl top give this version a more understated appearance than some of the brighter Ghost finishes, with the figuring adding plenty of visual interest without becoming too flashy.

The bolt-on neck is made from three-piece Canadian hard maple and uses a reinforced carbon fibre truss rod for additional stability. Its ultra-thin modern profile measures 17.5mm at the first fret and 18.5mm at the twelfth, giving the G6FSS a fast, slim feel suited to technical playing without making the neck completely unfamiliar to players coming from a conventional six-string. A 25.5"-26.5" multiscale layout provides a little extra tension on the lower strings while retaining a more familiar feel towards the treble side. That makes sense for lower tunings and heavier riffing, but the guitar remains equally usable for standard six-string work. The Richlite composite fingerboard has a 12"-16" compound radius, 24 jumbo stainless steel frets and offset circle aluminium inlays. The flatter upper-fret radius is particularly useful for lead playing, bends and wider stretches higher up the neck.

The G6FSS is fitted with a pair of Legator AfterShock active humbuckers, controlled through a master volume, master tone and three-way blade switch. The layout is deliberately straightforward, giving you neck, bridge and combined pickup sounds without adding unnecessary switching or control clutter. The active pickup configuration is well suited to modern high-gain rigs, while the simple control setup keeps the guitar easy to operate on stage. At the hardware end, the Ghost uses Legator’s exclusive locking headpiece and bridge system. The fixed design avoids the maintenance and balancing involved with a tremolo, while the locking hardware provides secure string retention and fine tuning adjustment. Combined with the multiscale construction, it makes the G6FSS a practical choice for players who spend a lot of time in lower tunings or need dependable tuning stability during demanding sets.
