Product Overview

Unlock Full Cooling Potential

The THICC FP12 is a reliably slim and powerful CPU fan, delivering a monstrous 105.8 CFM airflow and 8.13 mm-H20 static pressure that can swiftly calm even the hottest processors.

Fiberglass Reinforced Liquid Crystal Polymer

LCP supercharges fan blades with exceptional rigidity, durability, and aerodynamics. As well as outputting 105.8 CFM airflow, the fan is dynamically adjustable from absolute zero to 3000 RPM to tackle any task efficiently. FP12 Excels as both a case and radiator fan with the best performance-to-noise ratio on the market.

Nexus Portal NP50

Coming with a Nexus Portal NP50, this interface hub allows for easy connection and compatibility with other HYTE products, in turn clearing clutter caused by wires, giving your setup the slick makeover it deserves. It can support up to 18 devices on a single port, meaning 54 in total across all three Type-C channels. Nexus Portal NP50 fits in any 2.5" mounting location and comes with a cover shroud to help organise I/0 routing. It also has a programmable RGB strip to keep it consistent with the rest of your system.

Features

• 3x 120x120x32mm Fans
• Nexus Portal NP50 Interface
• Dynamically Adjustable Fan RPM
• Zero RPM Fan Mode
• Fits in any 2.5" Mounting Location

The modern PC is potentially a mass of heat output and heat production hot spots. With CPUs rated at more than 100W of heat output, single graphics boards carrying similar ratings (and people want to run two!), multiple hard drives the norm, lots of memory and mainboards covered in heatpipes to combat toasty core logic and PWM circuits, a PC appreciably warming up a room when it’s working hard is no joke.

Watercooling
Date Issued: 19th Jun 2008

Watercooling for the PC has been around for years in some form or another, for at least as long as Scan have been in business, with basic physics defining why you want to use it. That means for air cooling, to cope with increasing temperature in the heatsink you need to move the air across it faster. That is why thermostatically controlled fans in your PC will turn faster the hotter something gets.

Anybody who has been near their share of computer systems will appreciate that not all systems make the same amount of noise. There are a number of reasons for why this is so. Firstly, a computer makes noise for different reasons. Generally, anything mechanical is going to make noise.
