The detachable CFV 100C digital back integrates three kinds of photographic configurations in one, blending playfulness with professionalism.

100MP - Capturing Stunning DetailsUtilising a 100-megapixel medium format back-side illuminated (BSI) CMOS sensor, the CFV 100C delivers unparalleled image quality. With 15 stops of dynamic range, more highlight and shadow details can be retained. A native ISO of down to 64 exhibits delicate, pure, and transparent image quality. Over 281 trillion colours are represented with the 16-bit colour depth for natural, smooth colour gradations, vividly reproducing vast landscapes.

Whether capturing grand, distant landscapes or delving into minute details, you’re in full control. Even if an initial composition is less than ideal, subsequent cropping during post-production will still retain bountiful details, immortalising each beautiful moment effectively.

Perceptive to Nature, True to its coloursThe Hasselblad Natural Colour Solution (HNCS) optimises colours to appear authentically and naturally with smoother and more delicate transitions, perfectly restoring the colourful world as seen by the human eye with the press of the shutter.

When the CFV 100C digital back is paired with classic film cameras like the Hasselblad V system’s 500 Series, 200 Series, and beyond, HNCS also faithfully displays the unique charm of each film camera lens. It transcends time and space, reproducing the splendour of the film photography era.

3. The increase in focusing speed between the 907X & CFV 100C and 907X & CFV II 50C was measured using an XCD 55V lens and according to the CIPA DCG-002 test standard.
4. The sequential read/write speed was measured using IOmeter 1.1 with a queue depth of 32 while set to 128KB alignment.
