Alternate Spinning Fans
No Turbulence just High Performance The GIGABYTE “Alternate Spinning” is the only solution that can solve the turbulent airflow of adjacent fans. Since the adjacent fans rotate in the same direction, the airflow direction is opposite between the fans, which will cause turbulent airflow and reduce heat dissipation efficiency. GIGABYTE turns the adjacent fans in the opposite direction, so that the airflow direction between the two fans is the same, reducing the turbulence and enhancing the airflow pressure.
Unique Fan Blades
Smooth as Silk With creative innovation, Gigabyte have designed some highly unique fans for their WindForce cooling system. On each of the blades a small triangular edge has been incorporated to physically split the airflow guiding air smoothly down though the 3D striped curve on the fans surface enhancing the airflow. Gigabyte have also incorporated 3D active fan support which provides semi-passive cooling, shutting off the fans when the GPU is under low-load, allowing users to run silently until the load increases and the fans ramp back up again.
