Classic Analog Sound with Modern EngineeringThe FiiO TT11 brings the ritual of vinyl into a properly straightforward, modern package. This is a fully automatic, belt-drive turntable with support for both 7-inch and 12-inch records, so getting a record spinning is as simple as pressing Start. The tonearm automatically positions itself over the record, lowers into the groove and returns to its rest when playback finishes. Underneath the convenience is a surprisingly capable analogue setup. The TT11 comes fitted with an Audio-Technica AT3600L moving-magnet cartridge, mounted to an aluminium alloy tonearm with adjustable tracking force and anti-skating. The cartridge is also replaceable, giving you the option to upgrade the front end later rather than treating the TT11 as a fixed-spec deck.

The built-in MM phono stage means you can connect the TT11 directly to an amplifier, active speakers or other line-level equipment, while the dedicated phono output lets you bypass the internal stage and use an external phono preamp if your system calls for it. FiiO uses a pair of NE5532 op-amps in the analogue circuitry, with a line-out signal-to-noise ratio of at least 70dB. There's some useful modern connectivity here too. Bluetooth transmission lets you send your records wirelessly to compatible headphones or speakers, while conventional RCA connections keep the TT11 equally at home in a traditional hi-fi system. You can switch between 33⅓ and 45 RPM, and the low-noise motor and aluminium platter are designed to keep speed consistent, with wow and flutter specified at ≤0.2% WRMS.

And then there's the fun bit: an under-platter ambient light ring with seven selectable colours, including the option to turn it off completely. It's a small touch, but suits the TT11's blend of classic wood-effect styling and modern FiiO functionality rather nicely. For anyone wanting an easy route into vinyl without being locked into a basic plug-and-play deck, the FiiO TT11 strikes a useful balance. It's automatic and simple to live with, but still gives you cartridge adjustment, proper phono connectivity and a few upgrade options when you want to take the system further.
