The nato neck is designed with an easy-to-play slim "C"-shaped profile, a 25.5" scale length, and a tilt-back 6-in-line headstock for a distinctive look born from Fender's electric guitar DNA.
Other key features include vintage-style tuning machines for smooth, accurate tuning, a GraphTech NuBone nut and saddle for enhanced harmonic character. With elegantly integrated controls for a sleek, modern look, the onboard Fishman Flex preamp system allows faithful reproduction of the guitar's natural sound when plugged into an amplifier or recording device.

A Super Smooth Playing Experience!
C-shape neck profileFender chose solid spruce wood for the Redondo Player’s top due to its highly responsive and dynamic nature. The Redondo Player’s unique body shape offers unhindered access to the upper registers due to the single cutaway too, alongside the optimised bracing which helps to lessen the overall mass, all whilst enhancing resonance.
Attached to this stunning body, you’ll find a nato neck with a slim C-shape neck profile featuring a smooth satin finish adjoined to a walnut fingerboard, delivering an easy-to-play and super smooth playing experience. Fender added some luxurious aged white binding which helps in the secure build quality, all whilst adding a touch of class and strong visual appeal to this gorgeous guitar!
Why Choose Fender's Redondo Player?
UNIQUE FENDER
BODY SHAPEA refined and modernized evolution of the historical 1980s model, the Redondo is an original Fender design whose dreadnought shape and warm, robust voice is well-suited for many musical styles and players.
SOLID
SPRUCE TOPAn acoustic guitar’s top is a main contributing component to its production of tone, and a solid top provides optimal resonance, volume and dynamic range. Spruce is a popular wood choice for its clear articulation, nuanced character and tonal versatility.
FISHMAN
PREAMP SYSTEMThe integrated Fishman Flex electronics provide intuitive volume and tone controls for dialing in natural amplified tone and a phase control for combatting feedback.
TILT-BACK 6-IN-LINE
HEADSTOCKA tilt-back headstock design optimizes the break angle of the strings over the nut, creating singing sustain and rich resonance.
SLIM
“C“-SHAPED NECKThe slim “C”-shaped neck profile is inspired by Fender electric guitars, providing superior hand comfort thanks to its consistently shallow depth and rounded fingerboard edges.
WALNUT FINGERBOARD
AND BRIDGEWith its sleek dark look, smooth feel and vibrant tonal character, walnut is a premium hardwood for acoustic guitar bridges and fingerboards.
