Product Overview EK-RAM Monarch Module is a heatsink adapter which allows virtually any (DDR-)SDRAM memory module (of any generation) to be water cooled in conjunction with EK-RAM Monarch series water blocks.

Each heatsink consists of two separate plates while the DIMM memory module is sandwitched in between. Heat transfer between the memory module and aluminium heatsink adapter is ensured by the use of enclosed thermal pad. Between the EK-RAM Dominator Module Adapter and EK-RAM Dominator series water block we recommend the use of electrically non-conductive thermal grease Features • EK-RAM Monarch Module Adapter (2 pcs)

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Excellent product, but beware! EK excellent quality product for DDR3 RAM modules. However beware not to make the same mistake as me, as it will not fit the newer DDR4 (tested on Corsair Dominator Platinum DDR4). The heatspreader will only cover about 3/4 of the RAM PCBs.
