Low-Profile Intel Server Cooling
The Dynatron Z60 is a compact CPU cooler for Intel processors using the LGA1700 socket, built for 2U server systems and above. Measuring just 93 x 93 x 31.3 mm and weighing 185 ±5 g, its low-profile design suits space-conscious server configurations.
Aluminium Radial Fin Heatsink
An extruded Aluminium 6063-T5 radial fin heatsink provides the main cooling surface, paired with an 80 x 80 x 15 mm fan. The lightweight 185 g construction keeps the cooler compact while providing an effective solution for Intel server CPUs.
Quiet 80mm Cooling
The 12V double-ball-bearing fan runs from 800 RPM at 0–20% duty cycle to 2500 RPM at full duty, delivering up to 30.80 CFM of airflow and 2.60 mm-H2O static pressure. Noise levels remain between 16.0 and 27.3 dBA across the rated duty cycles.
PWM Fan Control
A four-pin connection provides power, tachometer/signal output, and PWM control, allowing fan speed to be managed according to system requirements. Power consumption ranges from 0.36 W at 0–20% duty to 2.4 W at 100%.
Built for Long-Term Server Operation
The Z60 uses M3 screw mounting with an installation torque of 5–7 in-lb. Its fan is rated for 70,000 hours of continuous operation at 40°C (104°F), making it suited to long-running server environments.
