Collaborative Robot Universal Training Platform
The Collaborative Robot Universal Training Platform is a modular teaching system for vocational schools and enterprise training, bringing together a collaborative robot, control system, vision system, conveyor belt and supporting components in one practical automation environment. Its flexible configuration supports simulation and hands-on training across object detection, grabbing, handling, inspection, transportation, palletizing and assembly.
Practical Robot Training
The platform gives students practical experience with key robotic and automation processes, including robotic system calibration, trajectory tracking, communication control and vision-based tasks. By working with different workpiece models, users can develop the skills needed to operate and configure smart robot systems while building practical and innovative capabilities.
Flexible Modular System
Designed around a lightweight collaborative robot compatible with CR3, E6 and MG400 models, the platform can be configured for different training requirements. Its modular units make it easy to create automation tasks, while the Conveyor Belt Kit can also operate independently with the robotic arm. The PLC module supports 8 digital inputs, 6 digital outputs and 2 analogue inputs, with the platform itself supporting an additional signal board along with 2 signal modules and 3 communication modules.
Complete Automation Training
The system covers robotic systems, robotic vision and optional PLC control, giving learners experience across multiple areas of industrial automation. The PLC module features a 7-inch HMI, 1212C PLC CPU, integrated digital and analogue I/O, high-speed counters and expansion options for signal and communication modules. This provides a practical environment for developing skills in robot control, machine vision, PLC operation and automated processes.
Built for Hands-On Learning
With a maximum system power of 500W for MG400 and E6 configurations, or 800W for CR3, the platform provides a capable training environment for a broad range of automation exercises. A mini vacuum source is also included for handling applications, extending the range of practical tasks learners can undertake.
