DisplayPort™ 1.4 adds support for Display Stream Compression 1.2 (DSC), Forward Error Correction, and extends the maximum number of inline audio channels to 32. It features locking DisplayPort™ connectors providing a secure, dependable connection. Simply press the built-in one-touch latch button to unlock the connector. The soft UltraFlex jacket protects the cable from bends and deformation damage.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works as expected. My use case is a 1440p screen running at 165hz. Basically any old display port cable will handle this at 2m length, problems seem to start when you go above 3m. I tried five different types of 5m cable varying in price around the £10 - £16 mark; none could handle above 60hz at 1440p. This cable works absolutely fine, no problems at all. You gets what you pay for and is no different with this cable. It may be expensive, but if you need high refresh rates over a long DisplayPort cable you really can't go wrong.
