Product Overview
Introduced in 1989, the RH-2 Classic delivers everything from clean rhythm chops to powerful solos, harnessing the tonal power of the Variable Spectrum Control to complement the Levinson VS-1 and LH-55 pickups. This beautifully built instrument now features the Levinson FT-46 tremolo with a steel block together with custom locking machine heads for excellent tuning stability and superb tone and sustain.
Adjustable Tension Guide
Blade have a commitment to engineering excellence and the Adjustable Tension guide is no exception. The string guide is a spring loaded and fully adjustable. The guide balances perfectly the tension at the nut of the B and E string providing tuning stability even under heavy whammy bar use.
Push-Pull Humbucker Split
The most common solution to splitting the humbucker to single coil is the Push Pull switch. The push pull pot is smooth and simple and is integrated within the tone pot.
Tapered Neck Joint
Beautifully sculptured neck joint allowing easier access to the upper register of the guitar neck. This tapered joint provides extra space for your hand giving you a more comfortable position increasing speed and accuracy.
The Variable Spectrum Control
The Variable Spectrum Control (VSC) provides you with the tools to cut through traditional tonal limitations. The three position switch provides you with passive bypass in the middle position allowing your tone to stay pure and untouched. The other two user adjustable positions allow you to switch instantly from glassy sparkling highs to thick midrange leads in an instant. Experimentation with the bass, middle and treble controls within the VSC will allow you to fine tune and expand your tonal possibilities at the flick of a switch.
