Audeze is proud to introduce these hand-crafted leather-free headband replacements, compatible with the entire LCD line of planar magnetic headphones. The headband is manufactured using heat-treated spring steel which has been powder coated to prevent against corrosion. This steel band, is then suspended above a perforated strap of leather-free material to create the most perfect and most comfortable fit possible.
After many requests from customers, Audeze saw it was high-time to create a leather alternative, so these have been constructed from an egg-based protein material. It’s look, touch and texture are almost impossible to tell apart from a leather alternative, and it’s comfort is unmatched!
