Freezer 4U-OneX 4U CPU Cooler for AmpereOne
The Freezer 4U-OneX is designed for all AmpereOne® processors, featuring a custom-engineered copper base that cools both the direct die and the surrounding heat spreader.
Premium Thermal Interface Included
The Freezer 4U-OneX not only includes MX-7 thermal paste which will be applied to the die, but also thermal pads that are placed on the surrounding IHS to ensure full thermal coverage.
Compatible with 4U Server Chassis
With 53 mm of RAM clearance, memory modules with moderate heatsinks can be used easily. Its optimized installation height of just 151 mm allows it to fit into standard 4U server racks as well as most consumer 4U cases.
Designed for Continuous Operation
The Freezer 4U-OneX is equipped with dual ball-bearing fans, enabling reliable 24/7 continuous operation. Each fan delivers up to 81 CFM with high static pressure, making them ideal for use even in high-density systems.
Powerful Fans in Push-Pull Configuration
The dual configuration also allows for inherent redundancy and protects the system from total shutdown caused by heat. To adjust the airflow direction the fans can be easily swapped over.
