CNC-milled copper cold plateAt the centre of the cooler is a one-piece, CNC-milled copper cold plate, paired with a precision-machined brass connection terminal and reinforced by a nylon cover. The copper surface is finished with chrome plating, which improves durability and provides a smoother, more uniform surface compared to traditional nickel plating. This enhances consistency at the contact surface and supports stable performance over extended use.

an all new unique designThe external design has been carefully refined rather than radically changed. A newly introduced Core emblem positioned above the jet plate clearly identifies the block as part of the Core series and adds a subtle visual accent. High-quality brass fittings remain standard, ensuring dependable sealing and mechanical security. A custom aluminium backplate spans the full length of the copper cold plate, creating a clean, uniform appearance across the graphics card. Integrated aRGB lighting, combined with acrylic elements, delivers even illumination across the cooler without distracting from its metal construction.

a new visionInternally, the GPU water cooler has been completely reworked. The spacing between the cold plate and PCB components was redefined and validated to improve heat transfer across all critical areas. Coolant flow paths were modelled using advanced simulation software and verified through practical testing. These steps enabled targeted improvements to both the cold plate and nozzle design, ensuring effective and consistent cooling performance for the latest NVIDIA GeForce RTX generation.
