40 channels of precise controlThe Allen & Heath ME-1 is possibly the most sophisticated personal mixer on the market, offering precision control over up to 40 channels to meet the needs of the most demanding ears. Each performer can easily create their own monitor mix using this networked solution.
The small and clever design of the ME-1 makes operation and setup nice and easy, allowing you to give your musicians control of up to a 40-source mix. A dimmable OLED screen provides a crisp display on both dark and bright stages. You can connect several units together and to the source via Dante, EtherSound, or MADI. This unit also works with other personal monitoring systems.

User-Friendly Features
16 Backlit KeysEach key is assignable to a single mono or stereo source e.g. bass guitar or to a group of sources e.g. the entire drumkit.
16 User PresetsLevels, pan, mutes and key assignments can all be stored and recalled at the touch of a button. Presets can also be stored to USB and recalled on any ME-1 unit.
GroupsSources can be grouped within the ME-1, so each performer can use different groups without consuming buses on the main console.
Custom NamingME-1 can display custom names for all channels and groups. ME-1s connected to a dLive or SQ mixer automatically pick up names from the console.
Built-in Ambient MicThe ambient mic keeps performers in touch with the stage sound and allows them to hear the audience and communicate with each other without needing to remove their ear pieces.
System Examples
ME-1 and ME-500 mixers can be directly connected to any available ME, SLink, dSnake or Monitor port in an Allen & Heath digital mixing system. Multiple ME-1 and ME-500 mixers can be daisy-chained with all mixers with external PSU power.
The ME-U hub can be connected to any available ME, SLink, dSnake or Monitor port in an Allen & Heath digital mixing system. ME-1 and ME-500 mixers connected straight into the ME-U are powered via PoE. Extra ME-1 and ME-500 mixers can be daisy-chained and powered via external PSU. Multiple ME-U hubs can be daisy-chained together if more than 10 ports are needed.
