Will this plug into a Type C (USB 3) motherboard header?

It looks like one end of this cable has a "female" 9 pin USB connector. The other end looks like a double sided plug; it has a 19 pin "male" connector but on the back of this is there a Type C connector with the pins "in the center" so that it would plug into my type C motherboard header? Thanks
