Rated 5 out of 5 by from A long-overdue upgrade! Purchased to double the RAM and complement a new GPU on my 2011 system. Was pleased and surprised to find an exact MPU match for the originals at a good price all this time later. The 2500k lives to fight another day!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent product, never put a foot wrong I originally bought 2 sticks for a build, and recently 2 more for expansion, easy as pie to install and no problems at all since installation, If I were to be buying new RAM however I would start looking for DDR4

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Reliable Ram I originally purchased this kit back when it was around £60, as 8GB was enough for me at the time anyway. But I recently purchased another 8GB as I am doing a lot of 3D modelling and rendering, so far 16GB seems sufficient for my needs. Although anyone building a strictly gaming system, 8GB is more than enough for today's games. I have yet to have any problems with this ram and Scan seem like the best place to get it at the moment. One thing I would say is, if you have a large cpu cooler I would recommend Corsairs "LP" or low profile version.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from buying ram To be honest for the price its not bad but not the best I was told to go for the split 4gb sticks instead of a single 8gb stick and I'm not shore it was the right choice but over all scan as a company are really good love the next day delivery.

Will this work with a gigabyte GA-Z97P-D3?

Asked by: Somerandomguy
Yes this will work just fine. You may need to enter your bios and set the RAM's xmp profile to get the full 1600 mhz speed as some motherboards default memory to 1333 mhz. Also be aware of height clearance with any large cpu cooler. If you have a large cpu cooler, get the low profile version of this ram.
