Not much to say, its a good price, does the job i ask of it and is as fast/reliable as any other 7200RPM HDD ive ever owned or used.

bought for mass storage
bought this drive from the hot sellers, I needed lots of space with fast response, for my audio set for my music production I have put 1.3TB onto it in less than a month and have no lag while using VST in cubase on Windows 10.

seems quiet and cool in use, fresh install so no reliability data yet
So far used in an external Sharkoon USB3 docking bay as part of an old Win XP migration. Runs cool in use and is quiet when running. I did a speed check whilst it was in the bay to also test a newly installed USB3 hub, Achieved 160.8 MB/sec read and 229.7 MB/sec write speed average access time was 15.34m, I have enclosed a screenshot of the benchmark.

Seems to be a good hard disk
The hard disk came very promptly and is in good working order. As always, only time can tell how reliable it will prove, but I have had good experience with previous Toshiba-branded hard disks, so am hopeful. It was at a good price, and my past experience with Scan has been very good over quite a few years now.
