Xclio CAT6 RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet Cable

Category 6 cable, commonly referred to as Cat-6, is a cable standard for Gigabit Ethernet and other network protocols that are backward compatible with the Category 5/5e and Category 3 cable standards. Compared with Cat-5 and Cat-5e, Cat-6 features more stringent specifications for crosstalk and system noise. The cable standard provides performance of up to 250MHz.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Good Cable All of the cables in this range are fantastic value, super quality and reliable. I have deployed a number of these cables in various lengths and various places from .5M in patch panels to switches, 1-2-3M from network wall socket to work-station and servers, 5-10M in extending wired network to additional switches to other places in the building and all have been top notch, no failures, all work very well under load, as expected and I was very pleased I did not have to start cutting cables and crimping when I realised I could just buy a selection of cables pre-cut for such great prices and fed them through cable tidies and protectors. Works great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sturdy and resistant body and connector tip. What can I say, the cable itself is sturdy and very resistant to wrinkling if you bend it. The tip is nicely moulded so that there is no possibility of coming loose from the cable proper. The connector tip comes with a guard to prevent accidental disconnection, something I don't like but that is just me. Overall a good buy but a little pricey.
