Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent SSD I heard NVMe SSDs were way faster than SATA III ones, so I bought this one to just improve boot times for my gaming rig. They went right down to 9 seconds! I had a bit of trouble getting Windows to install, because M.2 seems to be a fiddly interface to work with, software-wise. Other than that, it works flawlessly. I must say, though, that they probably should stick a heatsink on there from the factory. SSDs get stupidly hot under a large load (e.g. a slow format).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bought to upgrade my pc I had an SSD card, but I wanted to upgrade my HDD due to security issues. It wasn`t too difficult to install it, but it was a bit difficult to make my Windows to install on this HDD. Maybe it was my MB`s fault as I had to disconnect all my HDDs before I installed my Windows 10 Pro on it. Overall it performs well, and I am happy with the product. It is the quality promised from Corsair.
