Rated 5 out of 5 by from Why do you want Low Profile memory? Memory is memory - right? Apart from the technical details (which need to match your motherboard & any overclocking requirements you have) and the capacity, you sometimes don't want the fancy cooling fins and LEDS, etc that increase the height of the typical memory stick. Specifically, if you don't want to water-cool your cpu but want some good air cooling, you'll probably find the cooler extends over at least some of the memory slots on your motherboard. If you want to use those memory slots - in my case to up the memory to the motherboard's 32GB maximum, you need to install Low Profile memory. I've used Corsair memory for some time & never had any problems with it. The LP type fits easily & well under my air cooler - I only had to remove the fan & surround to fit the memory, leaving the cooler/cpu connection undisturbed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Seems to be a very good brand When I start up my pc and go into bios it says 2 X 8192GB @1333mhz whereas on the actual memory it says 1600 so I find that a bit strange. Apart from that it seems to be working okay.
