Pro Video Purchasing Assistant
The Role
We are looking for a Pro Video Purchasing Assistant to support the ongoing operations and development of our Pro Video Business Unit.
Working closely with the Pro Video Purchaser and wider department teams, this role provides administrative, operational, and coordination support across purchasing and supplier-related activities. The position plays an important part in maintaining pricing accuracy, supporting stock integrity, and ensuring efficient communication between internal teams and external vendors.

Pro Video Purchasing Assistant
The Role
- Conduct regular price checks and updates across Pro Video product lines
- Participate in daily planning and priority meetings within the Pro Video team
- Monitor product bundles to ensure stock availability and pricing accuracy
- Obtain ETAs, pricing, and product information from suppliers to support sales and customer service teams
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of promotions, SOAs, and sales initiatives
- Follow up on credits, rebates, and supplier-related agreements
- Perform regular brand and product line reviews across the company website
- Create and maintain new product listings within internal systems
- Record, track, and manage tasks using workflow management tools
- Support general purchasing administration and data accuracy initiatives
The Candidate
- Strong organisational skills with a structured, detail-oriented approach
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good numerical ability and comfort working with pricing and data
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work effectively within a team
- Computer literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams)
- Quick to learn new systems and internal processes
- An interest in professional video, filmmaking, broadcast technology, or photography

This is a full-time, office-based role at our Bolton HQ. Some flexibility to work from home may be available in pre-agreed circumstances.
