As an HR Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting managers, strengthening employee relations, and ensuring a positive experience for our 350+ teammates. This is a hands-on role where you'll contribute to creating a supportive, engaging, and well-organised workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • First point of contact for HR queries
  • Support and advise managers on HR procedures and employment legislation
  • Provide guidance on both informal and formal employee relations processes
  • Provide administrative support, including preparation of HR documentation
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including right-to-work checks, references, and exit interviews
  • Support absence management processes and attend review meetings with managers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Promote a positive and professional image of the HR function, supporting our wellbeing culture
  • Support the HR Director with wellbeing initiatives and team engagement activities, liaising with third-party providers
  • Track and analyse key HR metrics (absence, turnover, headcount) and provide insights to support decision-making
The Candidate
  • Proven experience in an HR administrative or advisory role (ideally 5+ years)
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Able to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment
  • A people-first, ethical approach, combined with strong commercial awareness
