If I need to make a complaint, what is the procedure?

Although we strive to provide Spec, Service and Satisfaction across everything we do, we are only human however and accept that sometimes issues arise which gives you cause to complain.

Whether it be a delayed order, an issue with the delivery company or a returned or faulty item we want to provide you with the support needed.
