If you live in Channel Islands and wish to order VAT free, you can do so online via our website.

Non-UK resident

The VAT Retail Export Scheme is no longer available in Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales). This means we cannot provide a VAT 407 form or refund UK VAT on goods purchased in the UK and taken overseas personally in your luggage.

Company VAT exempt outside the UK

If you are a non UK company with a valid VAT number and wish to order VAT free please contact our sales department on 01204 474747 option 2 then 1 so we can check your VAT number and process your order manually.
